个人基本信息：黄承浩（1995-），男，江西省南昌市人，管理学博士，中国注册会计师（CPA）、国际特许金融分析师（CFA level 3）、emc易倍体育在线登录会计系讲师。近3年以第一及通讯作者已在《Journal of Banking & Finance》、《Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility》、《Asia-Pacific Journal of Financial Studies》、《会计研究》、《财经论丛》等权威刊物上发文。

近期研究方向：资本市场信息效率、股票回购、科创板人力资本、慈善捐赠、会计信息化、审计质量等
